“Many of us fantasise of escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and the monotony of urban existence to live in the country. Off-Grid provides fully-automated and well-equipped farmlands with minimum human interaction. Located less than 130 kilometres from Delhi NCR, it allows you to experience the rural life without travelling too far from home.”

The project was developed with the smallest carbon footprint possible in mind, using as much site-extracted or locally accessible construction material as possible. All building forms have been planned using economical structural spans and constructed using simple techniques. Priority has been given to storing, gathering, and recharging rainfall to guarantee little dependency on an external supply with minimal effect on the water table.
